| 7:00-7:15 | Welcome and Introductions | |
| 7:15-8:00 | Impromptu Speaking | Members present a 1.5 minute impromptu speech on a random topic, without preparation. A great opportunity to hone quick thinking skills. Guests will often participate in this section if they wish. All the speakers receive feedback on their speeches, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. |

| 8:10-8:45 | Prepared Speeches | Three or more members present speeches based on projects from the Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Program manuals. Projects cover such topics as speech organization, voice, language, gestures, and persuasion. |
| 8:45-9:15 | Evaluations | Every prepared speaker is assigned an evaluator who points out speech strengths and offers suggestions for improvement |
| 9:15 | To the Bar | An opportunity to relax and to chat to friends and guests |
